Customer is entitled to six-months email support
and thirty (30) days phone support for operating system and hardware
configuration.
Warranty
XleratedAudio warrants its DAW systems and
accessories, except monitors and non-system software, to be free from
all defects in hardware, firmware, and system software as installed at
the time of original shipment for a period of ninety (90) days. If
there is a warrantable issue within the first 90 days of ownership,
XleratedAudio will repair or replace the defective part(s) at its sole
discretion. Customer must pay for shipping to XleratedAudio. Parts and
Labor are included in the 90 day warranty coverage. Evidence of
overclocking, physical manipulation, damage and/or misuse of the DAW or
any of its components will render this warranty null and void.
XleratedAudio does not warrant non-system software and monitors. See
the manufacturer for any warranties that may apply. XleratedAudio
reserves the right to substitute like parts of equal or greater value
for defective parts that are no longer available to XleratedAudio.
Customer retains title and the risk of loss through shipping to and
from XleratedAudio. Any and all new parts transfer title and risk of
loss to the customer upon installation and/or shipping, whichever comes
first. Customer pays for shipping and insurance to and from
XleratedAudio for warranty service and/or replacement.
If you believe an eligible item has a manufacturing defect, please visit the RMA Request Page
within 90 days of delivery to file a Return Material Authorization
(RMA) request. When filing your request, be sure to have your username
and password available to expedite the process. You must follow the
instructions given you at the time of your web-based RMA request and
other subsequent email or telephone notifications regarding shipping
instructions for the defective part or system. Warranty requests
received after the warranty period expires will not be honored, even if
the issue in question is believed to have arisen prior to the lapse of
the extended warranty period.
Upgrade Assistance Service Package:
The XleratedAudio
Standard Warranty for DAWs includes a 60-day complementary Upgrade
Assistance Package that entitles customers to sixty-days of software
and hardware upgrade assistance service. Under this plan, in these 60
days from the date of original shipment, the customer may purchase
additional software, libraries and/or computer hardware from
XleratedAudio or supply their own (provided original packaging,
original CDs or diskettes, and original licensing documentation is
included) and receive free installation and limited reconfiguration of
the original system. Customer must pay for return shipping both ways.
XleratedAudio makes every effort to sell upgrade parts and components
at reasonable market prices. If the system is presented to
XleratedAudio with after-market hardware and/or software additions, no
guarantee of conflict resolution is offered for upgraded parts, though
XleratedAudio will make a best effort to resolve any such conflicts.

Warranty on Monitors
XleratedAudio neither offers nor
extends any warranty for monitors purchased through XleratedAudio. All
monitor warranties originate with the manufacturer of the monitor and
only the original manufacturer will service such warranties. Please
contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding the
manufacturer's warranty.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed on the
secure server and the billing credit card has been authorized, that
order is considered "in production". Since all XleratedAudio orders are
assembled and/or built to the customer's specifications, all orders
cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once an order is in
production. Orders may be changed, modified, and canceled only by
XleratedAudio if availability of product, fulfillment demands,
integrity of billing information or other security issues are in
question.
Return and Refund Policy
Upon delivery, if you are not satisfied with your XleratedAudio hardware purchase, please visit the RMA page
to file a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 7 business
days. When filing your request, be sure to have your username and
password available to expedite the process. Product must be returned to
XleratedAudio within 7 business days of the issuance of the RMA.
Returned products must be packaged in the original packaging including
any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped
with the product. All returns, unless otherwise noted, will be assessed
a 15% restocking fee and all shipping fees will be paid by the
customer. Please note that the customer bears title and the risk of
loss until delivery is made to XleratedAudio. Insuring your product
with your shipping carrier is highly recommended for all returns.
Standard Limitations
All sales are final on software and monitors. No returns are accepted.
All sales are final on systems, including or exclusively consisting
of peripherals, monitors, software and accessories in excess of $3000
in total unit or order cost. These units or orders are not
returnable/refundable. Systems and other orders in excess of $3000 in
total unit cost are covered by the standard XleratedAudio DOA and
Warranty Policies and those policies' regular limitations (see below).
Physical damage to any item nullifies its qualification for return.
Dead On Arrival (DOA)
An XleratedAudio hardware product is
considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing
basic operability, upon its first use out of the box. If you believe
that your product is DOA, please visit the RMA page
within 10 calendar days of delivery. When filing your request, be sure
to have your username and password available to expedite the process.
XleratedAudio technical support will determine if your product is DOA
and if so, will issue you a DOA-RMA number. DOA item must be received
by XleratedAudio within 7 calendar days of issuance of DOA return
number for DOA warranty to be honored. Upon inspection of the returned
DOA item, XleratedAudio will at its own discretion either repair or
replace the defective part(s) causing the DOA issue and return ship the
item to you at no additional cost. Please note that the customer bears
title and the risk of loss until delivery is made to XleratedAudio.
Insuring your product with your shipping carrier is highly recommended
for all returns. Upon final return to customer, customer bears title
and the risk of loss.
If your item arrives damaged in shipping, you must contact
XleratedAudio at 1-213-233-3594 within 48 hours of delivery, or the
nearest business day thereunto, and describe the state of the shipping
box, component case and any other physical irregularity. Do not attempt
to use, assemble, dissemble, deconstruct, plug-in, fix or otherwise
alter or employ a product suspected to be damaged in shipping. Any
damage caused by the customer will nullify each and every return, DOA
and warranty qualification.
DOA Restrictions
DOA warranty does not apply to software
or monitors. Software licensing and any software warranties are
exclusively between and customer/end user and the software
manufacturer. Monitor support and warranty is between the custom/end
user and the monitor manufacturer. Please consult the documentation
from your monitor manufacturer accompanying your delivered monitor.
XleratedAudio reserves the right to test returned DOA product. If
the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer,
XleratedAudio may impose a $100 handling fee and will charge the
customer for return shipping and insurance.
Physical damage to any item nullifies its DOA warranty.

Note
All customer actions or inactions that fail to accord
with the time frames defined above for the services so defined by
XleratedAudio will nullify the customer or product's qualification for
that service. RMA numbers will not be issued beyond the periods
indicated. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued upon or after
their expiration date.
